APPETIZERS

Davis Devilish Eggs
8 Hard Boiled Eggs, halved
1 or 2 oz.. mayonnaise
1 oz.. Gorman's Much More
1 tsp. Mustard
1 oz.. Sweet Pickle Relish
1/2 tsp. Celery Seed (optional)
Hot Sauce, and/or horseradish and/or balsamic vinegar to taste.  Remove yokes and in bowl mash yolks and blend in all ingredients.  Mound mixture into egg whites and garnish with bay shrimp, sliced olives, paprika, or chives

2nd Beach Onion Dip
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
2 oz.. Gorman's Much More
2 heaping oz.. Dried Minced Onion
Combine ingredients and put in an air tight container.  Place in ice chest and by the time you're at the beach the dip is ready for the chips.

Yolo Pate
1 8 oz. package Braunshwiger Liver    Sausage
1 8 oz. package Cream Cheese
2 oz.. Gorman's Much More
2 oz.. Sweet Pickle Relish
1 heaping oz.. dried parsley
Line an appropriately shaped bowl with clear plastic wrap.  Blend all ingredients and then firmly pack into the lined bowl.  Unmold on a serving platter and garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley and black olives.  Serve with rye bread and assorted cheeses.

Famous Bloody Mary Premix
5 oz. Gorman's Much More
with a 46 oz. can of tomato juice.

One Shot Vodka and one oz..
Gorman's Much More mixed  with Clamato juice and garnished with a smoked clam or oyster.

British Mary
One shot Gin and one oz.. Gorman's Much More with a mixture of 1/2 tomato juice and 1/2 orange juice.  Garnish with an orange slice.  Great with a Sunday Brunch!!!

Spicy Red Beer
Add Gorman's Much More to taste to your "red beer" (beer and tomato juice mix)

MAIN DISHES
Meat Loaf
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef or a combination of ground Veal, Pork, and Beef. 
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 egg
1/4 cup Gorman's Much More
1/4 cup Grated Onion
1/4 cup Grated Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Grated Carrot
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
Preheat oven to 350.  In large bowl combine all ingredients and place in backing dish or pan.  Bake one hour.   Remove from oven, pour off fat and let stand five minutes.  (For a glazed meat loaf combine 1/4 cup ketchup, I oz..  corn syrup, 1 tsp. Gorman's Much More.  Brush mixture on meat loaf and bake 10 minutes longer at 450)

Fancy Hamburgers (w/o Buns)
2 lbs. Ground Beef, Lean
1/4 Cup Minced Shallots
1/4 Cup Minced Wht or Yel Onion
1/2 Cup Toasted Bread Crumbs
3 oz.. Gorman's Much More
1-1/2 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
1 oz.. Chopped Parsley
2 Eggs
A Dash of Nutmeg
Combine ingredients and shape into 6 patties and grill.  For a bit of extravagance serve with Sauce Maison (See Sauces)

MARINADE
Gorman's Much More works well by itself particularly with red meat and wild game.  Try a Tri-Tip marinated over night in a ziploc bag with 2 oz. of Gorman's Much More.

"Your Own" Fish Marinade
1 oz.. of your favorite fruit chutney or fruit concentrate
2 oz.. Gorman's Much More
1 oz.. Honey
1 oz.. Olive Oil
1 oz.. Finely Chopped Shallot

Lamb Mint Sauce (Marinade)
4 oz. Gorman's Much More
1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Honey
4 Cloves Fresh Minced Garlic
1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Mint
Simmer all but the mint for two minutes.  Add chopped mint and ground pepper to taste.  Simmer for one more minute.

Your Own Honey Mustard Chicken
4 oz. Gorman's Much More
1 oz.. Honey
1 oz.. Mustard (your favorite)
1 oz. Vinegar (your favorite)

Orange-Ginger Fish Marinade
1/2 cup Gorman's Much More
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 oz.. fresh minced ginger
1 oz.. grated orange peel
2 oz.. rice vinegar
1 tsp. minced garlic (brush on while cooking)

Lamb Marinade
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Gorman's Much More
2 oz.. lemon juice
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano leaves
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix ingredients, pour over lamb chops and marinate overnight or longer.  Broil or barbecue chops, basting with the marinade.

Sesame Chicken or Fish
4 oz.. Gorman's Much More
2 oz.. Sesame Oil
1 oz.. Rice Vinegar
1 oz.. Plum Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
Sprinkle entree with sesame seeds for last two minutes of baking, broiling of barbecuing.

SAUCES
Sauce Maison
4 oz.. Butter
2 oz.. Gorman's Much More
3/4 Cup Beef Stock
1 oz.. Chopped Parsley
Melt butter until golden brown.  Add Gorman's Much More and stock; cook 1 minute.  Add parsley and serve over burgers.

BBQ Rib Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Gorman's Much More
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Sautéed Chopped Onions
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 oz.. Prepared Mustard
Combine all ingredients and simmer for ten minutes

Cocktail Sauce
1 cup Ketchup ( or 1/2 cup Ketchup and 1/2 cup Chili Sauce)
1 oz.. Gorman's Much More
1 1/2 tsp. Prepared Horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 oz.. mayonnaise (optional)
Mix well and chill before use

SOUPS & SALADS

Tomatoes (or Asparagus) Linda
6 Peeled and Sliced Tomatoes, or
12 Lightly Cooked Asparagus Spears.
4 oz.. Chopped Fresh Parsley
Place sliced tomatoes or asparagus on chilled plate.  Cover with onion and parsley.  Top with the following dressing blended well:
1 oz.. of Your Favorite Mustard
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup White Wine
3 Cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
3 oz.. Gorman's Much More
1/2 oz.. Lemon Juice
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise (light if you prefer)
1 cup Sour Cream (light if you prefer)
4 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 oz. Buttermilk
1 oz.. Gorman's Much More
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
